1. Respect and Civility

Every member of BritishAceLoounge deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Harassment, bullying, personal attacks, and abusive language of any kind are strictly prohibited. Constructive criticism is welcome; cruelty is not.

• Treat all members as you would wish to be treated.
• Disagreements are fine; personal attacks are never acceptable.
• Be patient with new members — everyone starts somewhere.

2. No Promotion of Real-Money Gambling

BritishAceLoounge is a social entertainment platform with virtual coins only. Discussing, promoting, linking to, or advertising real-money gambling sites, apps, or services is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension.

• Do not share referral links to gambling sites.
• Do not encourage members to gamble real money.
• Do not claim virtual coin success predicts real gambling outcomes.

3. No Spam or Commercial Promotion

Our community spaces are for discussion and connection — not advertising. Unsolicited promotional content, spam posts, and repetitive self-promotion are not permitted. Members found to be posting spam will have their accounts reviewed.

4. Keep Content Appropriate

BritishAceLoounge is an adult platform (18+), but content must remain appropriate and on-topic. Explicit content, graphic material, and anything that would make a reasonable person uncomfortable is not permitted in community spaces.

5. Privacy and Security

Protect your own privacy and respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information about other members. Do not attempt to access accounts that are not your own. Any suspicious activity should be reported to our support team immediately.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

If you witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to our support team via the Contact page. We take all reports seriously. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.
